Recent Supreme Court Decision Has Santa Shaking in His Boots

Jolly Old Saint Nick is not feeling so jolly after the recent Supreme Court decision. No, Santa Claus doesn't care who won the election, rather Santa is more concerned on the impact the court's decision will have on the children of the world.

The main issue that has sparked Santa Claus' concern is over Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens dissent, ``Although we may never know with complete certainty the identity of the winner of this year's presidential election, the identity of the loser is perfectly clear. It is the nation's confidence in the judge as an impartial guardian of the law.''

Those familiar with Miracle on 34th Street will remember that it was the judge who pronounced Santa's innocence, and therefore, officially made Kris Kringle to be THE Santa Claus. But if any child has paid attention to the decision, then they too could end up questioning whether the judge made an impartial decision.
